• I'm still alive!!!......after all those training on fri,i'm still here,still alive.ok,lets start here,went to sch for POA and history in the morning.after that went for lunch wif haiyong,gek and alethia.waited for gene till 4plus,cause he go eat wif those bio students and Ms Lee.don't know what they eat,need 3 hour plus to eat,let me wait at home for so long.met him around 4plus at yck mrt station.we went to bugis 1st,wanted to buy a few shirt de,but end up never buy.then pei gene go buy something for seemun,cause she going HK and jap on sat.(jap,i also want to go! )......then i we went down to the bugis junction basement for dinner.after dinner was only 6plus,we wanted to go down early for the 1st lesson and see how other ppl train and get use to the place.reach gym around 7,our lesson suppose to start at 7:30,but the trainer say 8 then start.so we hang around at the gym,see other ppl train muay thai.

• Be for the training start,i was dam nervous.as if i was going to war.those ppl that train there does not look friendly to me when they don't talk.but,when they talk,u will think:eh actually they're quite funny.till 8 liao,the lesson also haven start,then later the trainer said the lesson giong to start at 8:30.zzzzzzzzzzz......sian,rot there for 1:30hours.finally it started around 8plus.we started with physical training.dam,the physical training is so dam hard and tough.10 mins of physical trainig,must do around 11 type of physical training in 10 mins,only 1 mins of rest in between,what the hell!!!......cause we're junior,so at 1st i saw like abit blur,don't know what to do and hard for me to follow.but,few mins later,i slowly pick up the pace then it was ok for me.after the physical,me and gene was dam dizzy.after that we learned some technical.the technical was fun or i should say more relax.learned punching,posting and grabbing.seriously,physical was like hell,technical was like heaven.learned quite alot that nite.can't wait for the next training.

• Went to Nite Safari for the helloween horror,wif gene,alethia,gek,tk and tk little brother.was quite fun.ya,i admit i was abit afraid,cause those ppl acting ghost there were dam real!......but,i won't afraid when something is wif me.hehe.....never got a chances to watch the show in Nite Safari.cause we reach there around 8,cause someone came late.then the Q for ticket was dam long,need 1hour to buy ticket.we just sat the tram ride,then walk abit nia.think of it now was like a waste of money and time.got some pics wif those great actors and actress.

ok,she's dam real!....u should see how she walk and how she emo.she can win best actress award.

OMG!....CHELSEA LOST!!!.....can't believe that,they lost their lead and their home record.sad,haiz.....nvm,this is just the starting of the game,still have a long way to go.ALL THOSE CHELSEA FANS OUTSIDE THERE CHEER UP,NEXT WEEK WILL BE BETTER!.....still got some result to catch,so is time for me to go.will be back to blog tmr.CHAO!!!
