• REST!!!....finally i can get some rest.remember that i wrote in my previous post that i can't sleep well?......finally i had a good nite sleep on thus nite and yst nite.is like dam shuang lar.thus nite sleep till dam shuang,but need wake up early for work,sian.once i wake up yst,i was like dam tired lar.like 3 or 4 nites never sleep like that.haha.....luckyly yst work no need carry books,only need sit there and make calls.actually i got carry some books ler,but never carry as much as thus,yst work was abut more relax.

• After work was like 5plus,then tot of straight away head down to clarke quey,walk around at centre.xiang bu dao centre got ntg to walk de lor.only got a few shops sell boys clothes de nia.but i saw many shorts and jeans at Fresh Box that i like,i think i'm going to get all my new shorts and jeans at there bar.ok back to centre,most of the shops there are for gilz de lar.got some shops also haven open.then there got lotz of jap restaurent,think of trying out some of them next time.sinces ntg to work liao,then tot of going for early dinner lor.went to subway for my dinner.then so surprise,saw juan and bruce they all having dinner there also.at1st saw them but they never saw me,then i abit pai se,so never go say hi to them.when i order my food,bruce saw me then he wave to me then i just wave back.haha.....then juan go take water then i just exchange a few words wif him lar.

As usual,i reach the gym dam early,luckyly i bought some magazine be4 i went there.same thing rot at there for a 1 hour plus.then saw michel and velance they all reach liao then jiu go chat wif them lor.btw,i bought my glove liao!!!....finally.haha.....the most irritating de is after i rent the muay thai glove liao then i know they mma glove the stock came liao,wasted my $2.the glove design hai hao lar.but the glove dam tight lor,don't know is new or abit small lar.i think is abit small lar,then kept expanding my finger,so pain lor.nvm,think i'm going to get another from the internet,but need wait for velance then can order,cause he aready got the account.

Then start training that time i dam tired lar,whole training i'm just underperforming,just out of sault.i think thus i carry books that time injured my left arm,so training that time my left arm is like totally no power de lar,now even my left ear was injured,sian.luckyly bruce was sick so never take trianing yst,if not i think i will die.canot like that lar,must start to push myself to gym more and train more liao.i only want to get stronger not weaker.

Btw,i want to watch Madagascar 2!....who want to watch???......ok lar,think i should stop here,need to prepare myself for tonite dinner.celebrating my mom birthday!!!...haha......CHAO!!!
